Shalom! Happy New Year 2025! Royal Family Ministries is a group of diverse people learning to live the Christian Life together. Each week, we meet on Sunday Mornings at 9 a.m. for an in-person Prayer and Worship Hour. During the week, we connect remotely via Microsoft Teams on Tuesdays at 7 p.m. for Prayer and Thursdays at 7 p.m. for an intimate small group discussion time. As a ministry, we take to heart the call God has placed over each one of our lives! We need to be a people of Prayer! So, let us put aside all grumbling and complaining! Now is the time to use our tongues to glorify God, build one another up and pray, pray, pray! Your prayers make a difference!
Jesus Christ is coming back again! Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed. In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall all be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So, when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: “Death is swallowed up in Victory.” “Oh Death, where is your sting? O Hades, where is your victory?” The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, who gives us the Victory through our Lord Jesus Christ! (1 Cor 15:51-57)
Are you ready for the coming of the Lord? The scripture above is referring to a blessed event that will surely take place in the near future. This event is called “the Rapture of the Church” and it can take place at any moment. The Bible says that “no one knows the hour, only our Heavenly Father” (Matt 24:36). We need to be ready at all times! “Seek the Lord while He may be found! Call on Him while He is near!” (Isa 55:6-7) “God is not slow in keeping His promise, but patient not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance” (2 Peter 3:9). Now is the Day of Salvation! The Lord says “Yes, I am coming soon!” (Rev. 22:20)
